Mental Prep:

How you Think, and What you Think, about you, and competition is your mental game! 

We start your strategy plan for winning by making sure you have all the tools for a strong mental game! 

Ally has mentored girls for over two decades and understands how girls think.  She is one of the only Clinical Psychotherapist in the pageant industry, and knows how to help you truly prepare mentally for having the confidence and a game plan to compete! 

Interview:

Private interview coaching will help you learn how to share the most authentic version of yourself.  Ally has coached multiple international, national and state winners to the overall interview winner award. 

Has anyone ever "told" you what you should say?  Maybe told you, "you shouldn't say that!"?  Or written the answers for you and told you to memorize them? Long gone are the days of "pageant patty" canned responses.  The judges want to know the REAL YOU!    

Ally has 1000's of questions to prepare you. She will teach you how to answer the misunderstood questions, how to stay true to your beliefs and opinions, and give you the inside scoop on some of the smallest details that make the biggest impact;! 

Ally will also share the secrets of body language, facial expressions, and hand gestures, because it's not just about what you are saying but the message you are sending!  This will be the most comprehensive, intensive workout to prepare you for the job of becoming Miss.... 

Bio, Resume` Application:  

You have about 6 seconds to grab the judges attention, and your bio is where the judges first "meet" you! What they "see"  must be intriguing and compel them  to want to know you more!  Ally will make sure your bio features and highlights the REAL YOU!  

Ally will provide a complete review, detailed feedback and professional editing of your bio to ensure it is a genuine, sparkling reflection of YOU!  

Your passion for your platform must exude and spotlight your efforts in the promotion, education and awareness of your mission!  Ally will teach you how to BECOME your brand, as well as design and implement a solid marketing strategy!

Talent: 

Depending on the pageant system you are competing, the talent portion of competition will either potentially earn you the crown or be the quickest way to becoming a runner up! We will provide candid feedback and help you spotlight your gifts and talents so you "WOW"  the judges! 

Ally has partnered with some of the best in the industry and has coaches for vocal performance, dance and theatre. 

Onstage Performance:

The Pageant Walk! Yes, there is an art to it, especially in stilettos! You will master the grace and elegance of walking whether in fun fashion, swimsuit or evening gown! We will work on developing a comfortable and natural on-stage presence, poise, turning, posing, eye contact, and posture. 

This portion of competition is a legitimate reflection of YOU! 

The choices you make and who you are on the outside carries a message of how you feel about yourself on the inside! It reflects discipline, desire and dedication to living a completely healthy lifestyle! 

We will discuss  nutrition, meal and supplementation plans, fitness workouts, and overall development of you inside and out according to your individual goals!  

If your system requires swimsuit or fitness we will work together to choose the best wardrobe for your body type! 

Your style should shine out loud and reflect your personality! We will collaborate to choose the best gown, interview outfit, fun fashion and swimsuit that compliments your body type, brings out your sparkle and has you feeling completely confident!
